Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: Kits and finished articles are sent by US mail. Instructions-only
orders will be sent by mail or by email as an RTF document if you choose this
option.

Q: How soon will my order be sent?
A: Instructions-only orders will be sent within 24-48 hours upon receipt of
payment. Kits will be mailed within 5-10 days, and finished articles within
14 days.

Q: What if there's a mistake in the instructions I
get?
A: Even though all patterns are double- and triple-checked, mistakes stil
are possible. If you have a problem, simply email us at crochetplus@att.net
and we will contact you with a correction.

Q: What if there's not enough yarn or thread in my
kit?
A: If you follow the recommended stitch gauge, there should be more than
enough yarn or thread in a kit. However, if you do run short, simply mail a
3-inch sample piece of the yarn or thread in question to the address on the
"order" page, and we will send you the extra amount that you need.

Q: I'm looking for a specific design or type of
pattern.
A: Click on any of the email buttons on this site (like the one at the top
of this page), and give us a brief description of what you are looking for.
You should hear from us within 24 - 48 hours. Note: we cannot legally
duplicate copyrighted designs, but we can create something similar.

Q: I'd prefer not to use the PayPal shopping cart. Is
there an alternative?
A: Go to the "Order" page, and you will find a mailbox icon - click on this
and you will get a mail-order form to print out and mail in.

Q: What if I'm unhappy with something I bought from
CrochetPlus?
A: Contact us immediately by mail or email. If the problem cannot be
remedied to your complete satisfaction, simply return the item(s) in question
for a full refund.

A: Click on the update link at the top of the page for any category of
designs you might be interested in.

A: Absolutely not.
